A daily walk in an old part of town reveals beautiful doors with deep rich early colours punctuated with blues and mustard - decorated to the taste of the current owner. Lions heads grace each door with echoes of the past displayed in a deep patina of worn ironmongery.
Formal decoration of bows and scrolls adorn tall corinthian columns. Crumbling brickwork and worn stone flagstones produce a range of earthy shades from browns through to pink, while luscious shades of green drape over walls and creep between cracks in the pavement.
